Service pages, project photos, articles, service-area notes, and form responses are general information. Site conditions, access, measurements, materials, drainage, timing, scope, and project fit still need to be reviewed for a specific property.

Homeowner guides are not engineering, architectural, legal, permit, building-code, or other professional advice. Site-specific requirements should be confirmed with the appropriate contractor, municipality, utility, designer, engineer, or other qualified professional where the work requires it.

Submitting an estimate request is not a binding quote, accepted project, contract, warranty, or promise of a start date. Availability, service-area fit, measurements, materials, access, permits, schedule, price, payment terms, warranty terms, cleanup, and change handling must be confirmed for the specific project.

A later written proposal or contract, including any signed changes, controls the project relationship. If website wording conflicts with that written agreement, the written agreement governs to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits rights or obligations that cannot legally be waived.

Website text, branding, layouts, graphics, and project photography are provided to explain and show Grozelle Exterior's work. Unless permission is given or applicable law allows it, visitors may not republish, sell, misrepresent, or remove attribution from that content.

Project photos document real work or work stages, but they do not promise that another property will have the same scope, materials, schedule, or result.

Visitors may use the public website for normal information, project-review, and contact purposes. Do not misuse the form, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or submit unlawful or misleading material.
