Privacy Notice

When you submit an estimate request, the website collects the details you choose to provide: your name, phone number, email address, town or project area, service interest, timing, project notes, and the page used to send the request.

The form asks only for information used to review the inquiry, confirm project fit, respond, and arrange a practical next step. Please do not include sensitive personal information that is not needed for an exterior estimate.

Cloudflare hosts the website and processes the request as it travels to the form endpoint. If the request passes validation, Resend is asked to deliver the details to the Grozelle Exterior business inbox hosted by Google. If you provide an email address, Resend is also asked to send you a short confirmation.

The website does not currently save estimate submissions to its own customer database or create a CRM record. Email providers and the business inbox may retain message and delivery records under their own systems and policies.

Cloudflare, Resend, Google, and their service infrastructure may process information outside Ontario or Canada. Information handled in another jurisdiction may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.

Submitted information is used to respond to the inquiry, discuss the requested work, prepare or arrange an estimate, prevent form abuse, and maintain reasonable business records. Grozelle Exterior does not sell estimate-request information.

The information is shared only as reasonably needed with the service providers that host the site, deliver the email, host the business inbox, or support the resulting project communication, unless disclosure is permitted or required by law.

Interactive service-area maps request tiles from OpenStreetMap infrastructure. When a map loads, the map provider can receive routine request details such as an IP address, browser information, and the requested map tile.

Cloudflare can process routine network, device, and security information while delivering and protecting the website. As of the effective date, the site code does not intentionally load advertising pixels or use browser storage to build behavioural advertising profiles.

The form uses origin checks, input limits, validation, and a hidden anti-spam field. Reasonable safeguards are used for the website and business communications, but no internet transmission or email system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, administer the inquiry, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. If an inquiry becomes a customer project, relevant records may be retained as part of the project and contract file.

You may ask what personal information Grozelle Exterior holds about you, request access or correction, withdraw consent for optional future use, or ask that information be deleted where it is no longer required. Some records may need to be retained where permitted or required by law.
